CURVEmachine can be seen as MESHmachine’s little brother. It aims to make POLY Curve editing more flexible, and like MM’s fillet toolset, makes working with curve radii/arcs and non-circular blends essentially non-destructive.

The main tool in CURVEmachine that makes this possible, is the Blendulate tool, which allows you to create curve radii/arcs (or non-circular blends), change existing ones or merge them back to a single point again.

CURVEmachine 1.3 works with Blender 3.6 and 4.2!

Features
add a single point poly curve at the cursor’s location to quickly start extruding a curve
create, edit or undo curve radii or non-circular blends
slide a curve point along its previous or next segment
merge to the last selected point or to the center of the selection, including across two splines
shuffle the gap of a spline to another location
adjust curve thickness, extrusion and resolution, and toggle spline cyclicity

CURVEmachine 1.3 brings cool new features and tools, first and foremost Flick Symmetrize and the Curve Knife.

Symmetrize

Symmetrize the active spline across the curve object’s origin and along it’s local axes, or across the cursor location, and along its axes.

Knife

Knife cutting, but for curves. Why has this been missing in Blender again? We’ll never know, but now, you won’t have to wonder anymore and can stop adding points awkwardly by subdividing.

You can cut and split splines too!

Converting

Converting a spline has never been easier.
You will love this, if you use NURBS curves, and you should, because they are awesome.

Why though?

In combination with Blendulate you get amazing control over NURBS curves, and can easily create tight, precise corners, while also having long swooping sections, all in the same spline, all easily manipulated, without stupid handles.

Reverse
Reverse is a bit of a niche tool and does the same as Blender’s Switch Direction – except, it does it in style.MACHIN3 style 😎

Blender 4.2 seem to work without issues, and requires no changes as far as I’m aware, so you are good to go.
