Hide Steps is a free Blender addon that lets you store hidden objects and mesh parts as steps. So if you want you can unhide only the last hidden object without unhiding everything you had hidden in the past.

Usage:

No set-up is required to start using the addon. All you have to do is install it and enable it.

You can set the number of hide-steps you want to use in the preferences.

Note that it is the number of extra hide steps on top of the default 1 step of Blender.

So if you have set the hide-step to 1 first unhide operation will unhide the objects hidden in the last hide operation and the next unhide operation will unhide everything.
