m’s Halftone is an After Effects plugin that performs halftone processing. It’s very easy to use: just add the effect to the layer without any need for layer maps.

Shape: Shape of halftone. Three kinds of Circle, Square, and Line.
DotSize: The maximum size of halftone and the size of the interval.
Rotation: Halftone arrangement angle.
Offset: Halftone starting position.
Alpha: Transparent white area.
Sampling: Calculation method of halftone size.

if theres no file extension like .zip or .rar then dont worry just right click on it and click decompress it will work. 7-zip is recommended. it always works fine.
